If boat exceeds the length of the original slip length, the following rate applies per foot of overhang. * Rate is based on the length of the boat or the original length of the slip whichever is greater.

• Sailboat $6.00 per ft.
• Powerboat slips 18' - 39' $7.50 per ft.
• Powerboat slips 40' - Up $9.00 per ft.

- All slips require a minimum of a one year lease.
- All slips have electrical hookups and the charge is a monthly minimum of $2.60. Electrical meters being read each month and the customer is charged for actual kilowatt usage.
- Water is available on all docks during the summer months.
