Information

If boat exceeds the length of the original slip length, the following rate applies per foot of overhang. * Rate is based on the length of the boat or the original length of the slip whichever is greater.

Sailboat $6.00 per ft.
Powerboat slips 18' - 39' $7.50 per ft.
Powerboat slips 40' - Up $9.00 per ft.

- All slips require a minimum of a one year lease.
- All slips have electrical hookups and the charge is a monthly minimum of $2.60. Electrical meters being read each month and the customer is charged for actual kilowatt usage.
- Water is available on all docks during the summer months.

Boat Ramp Fees

Boat ramp is available free of charge to all Grandpappy Point slip holders and cabin tenants. Weekend passes are offered for all campers and RV park tenants for the amount of $5.00. All out side customers are charged a fee of $5.00 a day for the use of the boat ramp.
